In its bid to transform Lagos to Africa’s Model Megacity, the Lagos State Government established the Office of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Lagos State in December 2008, with the primary objective of accelerating the delivery of economic and social infrastructure to its citizens.
The Office operates as a “one-stop shop” that provides necessary information and advisory to prospective investors in a bid to ensure efficient project implementation in accordance with the legal and regulatory framework that governs it. The Office acts as an enabler in Lagos State’s quest to develop high quality infrastructure through the leveraging of private sector capital, skills and expertise.
